How do I register for an Webinar?
We have a few ways you can register for your webinar:
1. ONLINE: Register through our secure website
2. PHONE: Call 1-888-409-0777 and speak to a customer service representative.
3. MAIL: Complete an order form and mail it to the address shown

When and how will I receive information on how to participate in the program?
Dial in instructions and a link to download the program materials are emailed to the email address on the account that ordered the audioconference 2 days prior to the program.
If you are ordering within 1 day before the program, your customer relations representative will give you this information over the phone or via email.
If you are ordering on the web within 1 days before the program, you will receive an email with this information soon after your order and credit card is verified.

How long will it take to receive my DVD?
DVDs generally take 1-2 weeks to be delivered once the live program takes place. You will also receive the full packet of conference materials with your product.
Are there discounts for multiple users in my office?
Yes! When you register for group/multiple users for one of our webinar, your registration covers all the registered staff only. You can invite on one phone line all your registered staff. Discounts are available for multiple line purchases and for DVDs or transcripts PDF purchased with the live audio conference.

How long will it take to receive my transcript PDF?
Transcripts are generally delivered within 1 weeks after the live program takes place. You will also receive the full packet of conference materials with your product.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations, Substitutions and Refund Policy:
If you are not able to attend for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Conference cancellations received 24 hours prior to the start time of the webinar are fully refundable.
Cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee if applied within 24 hours of the conference time. Substitutions are permitted to avoid the $25 processing fee.
